Travis Croft

Mr. Travis Croft is a 4th year student at Colorado State University (CSU) studying Ecosystem Science & Sustainability and Natural Resources Management. Driven by a fundamental passionate for nature and outdoor recreation, he has thoroughly enjoyed combining some of his favorite hobbies with academics. His primary interests relate to the large-scale influences of ecosystem services, and the ways that people depend on these in everyday life were key factors in his decision to study Earth sciences and sustainability. He believes that sustainable management and equitable allocation of natural resources are critical to the continued success of life on Earth, signaling that the time is now to start implementing new methods based on active scientific findings. After spending the last three years at CSU learning and growing his skillset, he has become eager to develop himself as a professional in this field and hopes to focus his efforts on issues related to climate change, marine ecosystems, and switching to renewable sources of energy production.
