Mrs. Logan Holland joined ECI in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant and has been promoted to Human Resource Assistant and Applications Liaison. “Her hard work and dedication made an immediate impact in the organization and she has continued to exceed expectations, and work up to various challenging assignments”, said Associate Executive Director, Melissa McKinney. Ms. McKinney continued, “We have seen excellent development in staff as a whole as they have bought into our program. They all work very hard and make impacts every day. After all those were the principles set by Jerry Gillstrap and the basis for the award that President and Executive Director Anderson established to challenge staff. But it was the exemplary accomplishments of Mrs. Holland that made her the overwhelming 2019 selection.”
