Francesca Filippone is a native Texan attending Texas State University pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Water Resources. Her interest of study includes laws pertaining to the environment and the conservation of water resources. As an avid angler and master scuba diver she spends the majority of her time in and on the water. With her degree and the support of similar minded individuals, like those at EnviroCert International Inc., she intends on preserving the land and water we rely on for future generations.
